Oh, I do so love your blog. It's been a source of so many ideas and thoughts over the years. Thank you for writing it.

They look lovely and I am definitely going to try this recipe. I have a Madeleine tin which I bought on a whim from Lakeland, but have never used it. This recipe is an excellent excuse.

PS your chocolate cake recipe from Cherry Cake and Ginger Beer is excellent. My boy had it as his birthday cake this year and it went down a storm with everyone.

Funny I bought a new madeleine tin only yesterday. I had inherited my mum's one too so guess I will be making madelienes sooner rather than later! I haven't got Proust to read but I will be having them with Earl Grey tea!

My reading your blog entry coincided with the first meeting of a small, long awaited book group. What better fare to serve than madeleines? I love this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it!
