Well, this is exciting. I am now a paperback writer. This week, The Gentle Art of Quiltmaking comes out as a paperback with a lovely, new, colourful cover featuring the 'Russian Shawl' quilt. It's a straightforward hardback to paperback move, so nothing inside has changed. It's still got many of my favourite quilts such as 'Purple Rain', a lilac half log cabin which is just strips and squares in as many lovely fabrics as you wish to include, 'Suits and Ties' made from wool suiting and tie silks, and 'Tulip Field' which has been on our bed for a long, long time (and I have not yet tired of looking at all the different colours and details).
It's good to see them between covers again.
