They look lovely and I am definitely going to try this recipe. I have a Madeleine tin which I bought on a whim from Lakeland, but have never used it. This recipe is an excellent excuse.

PS your chocolate cake recipe from Cherry Cake and Ginger Beer is excellent. My boy had it as his birthday cake this year and it went down a storm with everyone.

Funny I bought a new madeleine tin only yesterday. I had inherited my mum's one too so guess I will be making madelienes sooner rather than later! I haven't got Proust to read but I will be having them with Earl Grey tea!
