Sometimes it's the little pictures in stained glass that catch my eye. The ones that are easily overlooked as you stand back to take in the bigger picture. Like this loaf of bread which bear comparison with still life paintings by Mary Fedden. It's beautifully composed and beautifully coloured, and I'd be very happy with it in a kitchen window. It's by the brilliant and incredibly modest Harry Stammers who captured a certain postwar style and put it in stained glass.
